The location, home and furnishings were great.
The property management company was terrible. We were freezing the first night as the heat was off when we arrived and there were no additional blankets for the beds. Only summer bedding. We asked for blankets the next morning through the chat and were treated like idiots (did you look in the cabinets, turn up the heat, etc.). Brand new blankets were eventually delivered on the third night.
Additionally, a week and a half before my reservation I asked to extend my stay for an additional night via the booking.com messaging system. I had to pay separately through a different website, Recreation Stays.com. The morning of the third day, after we had already left for the day, I got a message telling me to return immediately to check out and get my luggage as the cleaning staff was there waiting to clean for the next guest. I was the next guest. I was also constantly referred to by my last name after correcting it several times.
