Very handy location. Very close to beach, handy to all the gardens and nurseries we were touring. Not to far in a car, from restaurants in the city.

Friendly, helpful hosts. Excellent high quality fixtures, fittings and finishes, powerful shower and comfortable bed and sofa. Plentiful supplies of tea, coffee and also cooking oil was provided. Great to have a proper oven to cook in. Lots of TV channels including movies. Close to beach and local shops and walkable into the city centre. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend.
