Due to fasting I didn't get chance to have breakfast but the evening meal was amazing I could not believe how friendly and kind the staff were especially Hasya and Zol
I think the temperature of the water could slightly be warmer but this was not a issue

Location in Kota Bintang with restaurants and a supermarket surrounding. Excellent buffet breakfast. Clean and spacious room.

This hotel is at Kota Biintang, we love it very much. There’s Pizza Hut, McDonald, Subway Sandwich, Japanese restaurant and Funifun ( the kids love the place, the playroom was amazing, the kids keep going back for the go carting and played most of the games at the second floor, kota Bintang is a perfect place for family staycation and this hotel is so new & elegant. We love it and we would definitely go back there next time when we go back to Jakarta)
The toilet was at the corner of the bathroom it was a bit difficult for my husband to use but for me and the kids was fine.
