Good location, residential building, clean apartment. The provided internet mobile hotspot was very convenient and the price was competitive. Some basic amenities were provided.
Do NOT book this apartment if there is a heatwave. The two fans that were provided were broken. There is NO air-conditioning ( which corresponds to the description ) only electric heating. The fridge is not working properly - only the freezer compartment has cold. We could not open the window of the bedroom besides a small reclining part so it was unbearable during the day. The bathroom has a huge separating glass pane that was detached and reclining in the wall and was very easy to hit it by mistake. The bathroom also had a smell - and was a bit moldy. The apartment needs painting and there are various cracks holes etc in the walls and smoke trails above the heaters. Next to the building across the street and in the plaza in front are construction sites so expect noise during the day. During the night it was ok.
The bed has two narrow mattresses that tend to separate - it gets a bit uncomfortable and most nights one of us woke up on the planks in the middle. There are not enough wall plugs near the bed or the sofa.
