Clean and comfortable room, good location and friendly staff. Easy to get around the city from here. Good value for money. I would stay again.

Maravilhosa localização para quem precisa ir ao Fórum ou trabalhar no Santos Dumont. Duas quadras do metrô Cinelândia, perto dos principais pontos do centro.

O quarto é bem espaçoso, mas ainda não possui banheiro no quarto. É necessário tomar banho/escovar dentes/usar a privada em um banheiro que fica fora do quarto, ao lado da escada. Pode causar constrangimento.

The location is amazing, very near the airport, the building staff are very helpful. I like the balcony, the bed is nice and comfortable, the tv and wi fi works very well. The place is big, I’m sure it wasn’t an apartment before .

There’s no kitchen at all, could not cook anything , there’s a microwave Wich is good, but I didn’t use it. There was many ants in the place, not sure if this is normal there, and I had bites on my body every morning, not sure if it was because of the ants. The toilet is not in the apartment, which is fine cause I keen about it, but is extremely small, it’s easy to make the toilet look better than what is looks, looks a little but not being taking care of, old and small. I think that for the price that I paid I assume the apartment was better, I’ve paid way less for the same days and a kitchen inside with no ants.
