Comoda al centro, l'utilizzo del loro garage e il buonissimo rapporto qualità prezzo
clienti rumorosi di notte e le pareti facevano sentire tutto. Inoltre rumori forti anche in strada perché si affaccia su una via in cui passano macchine e scooter e rende la stanza rumorosa. Non è colpa della struttura
