Le falta iluminacion natural y el primer piso esta expuesto a presencia de otros habitantes.

La ubicación con respecto a la playa es lo mejor de todo. El edificio tiene acceso directo a la playa, maravilloso. El edificio y el depto. es hermoso. Por un costro extra pudimos usar el jacuzzi de la azotea con lluvia y todo y fue muy lindo.
Nos tocó mucha lluvia y con lluvia, la caminata hasta el centro se siente un poco más lejos que lo que hubiera querido.
