About this house rental
Gorgeous and comfortable home with lake view, within Pucon city limits,, charming chalet style home just renovated, central heating system for warmth in winter months, security with perimeter fence and gate , spectacular park-like setting with azaleas, rhododendrums and native forest, view to mountains, Lago Villarica and Grand Hotel Pucon, convenient walking distance to the lake, restaurants, banks in this unique Lake District micro-ecosystem climate ( rafting, hiking, hiking Volcan Villarrica, fishing, river rafting, bathing in the nearby spring waters, horseback riding or just relaxing by the home's pool, marvel at the surrounding flora and bird-life ). Central heating system available for warmth in winter months.
Main Chalet home accomodates 6 people and pricing is generally $350.00/day except on holidays ( Christmas/New Years ) . The $350.00 daily rate is for only 6 persons - additional charges beyond 6 persons will be $100/ additional adult and $50.00/additional child. The adjacent fully furnished apartment accomodating 2 adults and 2 children has separate pricing of $150.00/night. The entire complex can be rented at $600.00/night during high season ( December 15 - March 15 and winter vacation / 'receso' July ). Five/5 night minimum stay - please refer to Notes section. Five night stay minimum required during high season.

This stunning property has the most beautiful gardens and a view that can’t be beat. Only a short walk from town makes it even more impressive. The owners are responsive and obviously take pride in their home. It is an excellent value. The kitchen was adequate but the views more than make up for what needs a bit of updating. My family had a great time

I fully recommend this property, without hesitation! The home and the property are extremely well maintained and welcoming. Our extended family of 7 (teens and adults) loved our week in Pucon. The owner, Clare, was very helpful as we planned our vacation by giving us several excellent recommendations for restaurants, places to visit etc. You can walk to town for restaurants and shopping. The photos of the chalet on VRBO do not do the property justice! I recommend renting a car so that you can drive to the many spectacular waterfalls, hot springs and Huilo Huilo national park. New Year's Eve fireworks in Pucon are fantastic! Sincere thanks to Clare for being so generous with her time and energy in helping to make our trip so wonderful!
