Lovely Penthouse Apartment in Bellresguard

Fantastic apartment on the Bellsresguard complex, peaceful but close to Pine Walk and all that it offers.

Spiral stairs to roof are narrow and steep.

I recently stayed in this lovely apartment with my teenage/young adult children and my parents (70s and 80s). It was our first visit to Port de Pollenca. It was perfect! Pretty easy to find (even in the dark), easy to park, easy to access with a lift up to it for those who wanted it. It was spacious, light, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped (with a range of sharp cooking knives which is a rare thing in rental apartments!), as well as plenty of all the cookware we needed if we ate in. There was also a well equipped utility room. There is a lovely dining area outside the main floor and a fabulous rooftop terrace (accessed by a tight spiral staircase inside the property that even my 84 year old Dad managed to navigate!) with a bbq, ping pong table, plenty of seating and some gorgeous views of the mountains and glimpses of the sea. The bathrooms all worked really well with great water pressure and plenty of hot water and there were small bottles of soap and shampoo as well as washing up liquid, filters for the coffee machine, bin bags and various other things that we would rather not have to buy when only staying for a few days. All communications with the owners were great and they were very friendly and helpful. Location wise, it was ideal. One street back from the beach (so a very short walk) to it and the lovely long beach front where there is a great range of restaurants and shops. The whole area has a really lovely, relaxed, family vibe. We will definitely be back.

It was spacious, had everything we needed, excellent location. The owner was very responsive and kind. Location was perfect too!
