la struttura è bellissima, nuova, pulita e silenziosa, sembra una villa di lusso. Siamo stati accolti da Rocky, gentilissimo, che ci ha spiegato tutto nei minimi dettagli e ci ha dato indicazioni su come spostarci per raggiungere la parte centrale di Sanur ed i ristoranti più vicini. Tutto oltre le nostre aspettative.

La Villa est neuve et très bien équipée. A l’arrivée elle était propre et rangée. Le personnel est gentil et à l’écoute.
Le nombre de serviettes et leur qualité sont à améliorer. L’absence du petit déjeuner est un vrai problème. La ville est loin du centre ville ce qui nous oblige à utiliser GRAB. Une forte odeur de remontées d’égouts dans les salles de bains. Pour les séjours de plus de 2 nuits un nettoyage et changement de draps et serviettes est souhaitable. La fontaine à eau était en panne mais heureusement le propriétaire a mis à notre disposition des bouteilles d’eau ce qui est important à Bali.

The host, Rocky, was amazing. He meet as at the property to hand over the keys and explain everything. He was always available to support our queries. During the stay it was my son's birthday and he had prepare an amazing surprise (see the pictures).
Overall property could be a bit more clean (mainly floors) but all the rest was ok. The beds were really confy.

Bedroom and bathroom were clean and comfortable but this is where the positives stopped.
No service, did not see anyone after the initial handover. Rubbish not collected, WiFi very poor and slow. Very uncomfortable lounge seat. There were tea and coffee jars with a few in each but the sugar jar had only 2 sachets of sugar. This for a 3 night stay... Pool access difficult. especially to get out. Overall we were very disappointed with our choice of where we stayed.
