small driveway which is quite exposed and can't really accommodate a family car without obstructing part of the pavement, rooms lacking a fan which would have been useful given the hot weather, rubbish is stored in the front garden which is not really a garden as advertised but more of a holding space. Residents expected to take out and sort their own rubbish. Cleaning equipment left out in various places downstairs. Noisy area.
