We were emailed an incorrect door code, and thus, on arrival at night in the cold when we tried the code it did not work. On checking the booking details online, we found a mobile number to call. When we called the attendant did not understand English very well, so we struggled with communicating the issue and getting the correct door code. After finally receiving the new door code, there was no apology, but instead the attendant seemed to infer that somehow the fault was on us, even though the new code provided was very different to the one emailed.

Everything is good only hot water problem only 1 person have hot water shower 1 time first arrived non of hot water left not sure because of faulty or something else whole throughout stay no hot water we have to part shower because water is too cold
