Beautiful bathroom! Very spacious!

Very well located in Kuta. I would say it’s a bit far from Seminyak though. Very spacious for the money! Also the pool is beautiful! It’s just a really massive unit! 24 hour check in. I would definitely come again. The bathroom is stunning! Very uniquely done!

Maybe some maintenance could be done on some of the items in the unit. The side of the pool was cracked which was visually noticeable. But either was that should deter you from going. Also the entrance and reception area could be upgraded. Some cars and bikes struggle entering into the hotel. The reception area doesn’t really correlate with the beauty of the units themselves.

I had a wonderful stay at Medusa Villas. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with genuine care, professionalism, and warmth. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and valued, always attentive and kind. The villa itself was beautiful, peaceful, and well maintained, making it the perfect place to relax. I truly felt looked after and appreciated throughout my stay. I highly recommend Medusa Villas and would happily return.

There was absolutely nothing I didn’t like about the property. Everything exceeded my expectations, from the service to the comfort and overall experience.

Pleasant nice villa good staff location terrible

The location that is advertised on booking for com is not the location of Medusa villas which hindered our trip greatly this is clearly rhetorical management trying to get more bookings as they message the actual address on the app. I had planned time spent around the location I thought I booked which was 20minutes away by taxi very very frustrating. Feel deceived

A great stay!

We had a really great time here! We ordered the floating breakfast and it was really nice. There is a QR code to begin a WhatsApp chat with the staff, so it was really easy to ask them any questions or make any requests through there. The staff were friendly and happy to help with any requests. The private pool was beautiful and we played YouTube music through the tv to enjoy while we were in the pool. The location was very good and it was easy for our driver to pick us up and drop us off. Bed and pillows were comfy. There was a water machine in the kitchen area which was really convenient for safe drinking water. The induction cooktop boiled water really quickly for tea and coffee. The wi-fi worked well. We would stay here again. Thanks to the staff for a great stay.

The property was amazing in a amazing location and so quiet from the street and the driver I got assigned to me has been amazing the best driver I could of asked for in Bali I would 10000000% recommend him to anyone coming to Bali to use as a driver has amazing knowledge about the island and is always a safe driver and very reliable and the staff were so amazing as well whenever we had a request the would respond straight away and we’re always so helpful

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this villa. From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless and beautifully presented. The rooms were spacious, the beds super comfortable, and the pool area was just perfect for relaxing. It felt private, peaceful, and luxurious—exactly what we were looking for. The kitchen was well-equipped, and The host was friendly, responsive, and made everything seamless. We’re already planning our next visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing escape!

Beautiful place

Beautiful villa. Nice and clean with helpful friendly staff.

Plumbing wasn’t working for the first night which was inconvenient after a long flight not being able to shower, it was fixed by the next morning. Was charged for makeup getting on sheets which is understandable but just be aware of this :) wasn’t really walking distance from anywhere but was easy to catch grabs from.

It was absolutely perfect! We loved everything about the villa!!

We travelled to Bali for our honeymoon and fell in love with it. The villa exceeded all our expectations – it was even more stunning than the photos. Immaculately clean, beautifully designed, and incredibly spacious. We especially loved the outdoor space – lounging by the pool with a drink in hand, and enjoying our amazing floating breakfasts in the pool. The hosts were wonderful and so kind – so thoughtful and responsive, with great local recommendations that really enhanced our trip. Every detail had been considered in the villa. We got a Balinese massage everyday for the whole 7 days of our stay and had a honeymoon decoration which we loved!

A stunningly picture perfect villa! The staff are very friendly and helpful. The owner introduced himself to us and gave us a few tips for travelling around Bali and even showed us to our villa and gave us a tour. Highly recommend

Bad location no service no holiday vibe there

It looked nice but .....

This is very expensive accomodation for the fact there is no service u got to go out and get your own food your or buy from there menu , your stuck on a noisey highway far away from any touristy things you gotta grab a ride to go everywhere even just to have a decent meal . The lay out was terrible the entry into the kitchen & lounge is seperate to the bedroom you have to walk along the pools edge with your luggage hoping it doesn't fall in the pool and when u are leaving to bring it back through the dining kitchen area and the sunken lounge room is 2 feet away from the door I slipped down the cusion nearly injured myself not to mension under the day bed is a hollow hole with loose slats my friend fell down whilst trying to move the mattress so we had somewhere to dry our beach towels on chairs under the van and didn't relise it was a death trap under there . It looks great but it's by practical nothing is the tea and coffee was terrible the triple filtered water gave us Bali belly as they said that's the drinking water . I ended up leaving a day early didn't even bother asking for a refund this is the worst place to stay it's not a holiday ...

The Villa was amazing! Super clean & comfortable, the staff were also incredible from the moment we arrived. Breakfast to the villa each morning was fantastic!

Medusa Villa's Wow 👌

Amazing stay ❤️, we got a nice foot massage on entry and a warm welcome. The kitchen was well equipped and the minibar full of drinks at a good price 🍻 👏 The living space was very comfortable with all channels including Netflix and Spotify with a soundba ! pool lounge area was super relaxing and the Bedroom had lovely items we could use to go to the beach ⛱️ 😀 Bathroom was amazing, a large marble Tub and shower with all nice free amenities for washing and cleaning, even toothbrushes etc. Great little touches that made our stay extremely pleasant . There was even a nice Korean restaurant and grocery shop 40 meters next door alongside a bank and ATM , very convenient. Would highly recommend this Resort for couples who like peace and tranquility 🥰

Exceptional!

First let me say this was one of the most beautiful Villas I have seen,It felt so luxurious and loved the location. Everything about it was perfect.The Staff were amazing, so warm and welcoming not to mention the flower necklaces upon arrival and complimentary foot massage which was much needed after a long flight. No detail was left undone. I will definitely be returning to this Villa when back in Bali!

J’ai annulée le petit déjeuner flottant à cause de la pluie et on a pas eu le petit déjeuner en chambre à la place la piscine il faut faire attention car ta chambre est de l’autre cotée de la pièce à vivre séjour cuisine quand tu sort de ta chambre il faut faire attention de ne pas tomber dans la piscine donc si tu veux te rentre le soir dans la pièce à vivre c’est dangereux. Tres cher mais c’est beau pas de peignoir ni de pantoufles dispo C’était notre anniversaire de mariage le seul endroit qui ne fait meme pas un petit message à l’occasion de notre anniversaire même pas un deco de lot avec quelques serviette en forme de cygne pas de geste de leurs pas attention si vos drap sont tachée vaisselle cassée serviette tache il vous facture désolant quand même

Détente avec des bouchons d’oreilles la nuit.

Villas comme sur les photos à quelques petits détails près.

Bruit assourdissant de la route juste en face. Entre 23h et 3h du matin il y a moins de traffic et des courses de moto se mettent en place. Avec des bouchons d’oreilles ça va mais notre bébé ne pouvant en mettre c’était galère pour lui. Il suffirait pourtant de mettre des dos d’ânes. L’hôtel n’y est pour rien lais il faut le savoir.
