Jest to nowy budynek mieszkalny, nasz lokal usytuowany jest na 1. piętrze. Blok jest na uboczu, z dala od centrum, więc dla jednych będzie to atut, a dla innych jakiś minus. Jeśli chodzi o sklepy w pobliżu- takich brak, bo to miejsce, gdzie dopiero budują się bloki. Zaraz za płotem szlak turystyczny czerwony. Podstawowy sprzęt w lokalu tzn. kubki, sztućce, garnki- są.
Jedynie, co by się przydało, to radio ;) Materac w sypialni jest bardzo miękki. Ciężko na nim spać.

Fajnie usytuowane trochę na uboczu ale jak jest samochód to nie problem.
Mieszkanie powinno przejść już pierwszy remont. Czystość pomieszczeń nie zachwycała. Z racji usytuowania na parterze chwilami uciążliwe trzaskające zewnętrzne drzwi. Na szczęście dużo czasu nie spędzaliśmy w samym lokum.

przestronny apartament, dobrze wyposażony
beznadziejny checkin. kod do kasetki z kluczami niepoprawny, trzeba było dzwonić po właściwy - 30 min czekania na infolinii. telewizor, który lubi się włączyć sam z siebie, najchętniej w środku nocy. bezsensowne oznaczenie miejsc parkingowych.
