Apartamentul spațios, modern, curat, recent renovat.
Exteriorul clădirii și faptul că, din cauza erupției vulcanului, era plin de cenușă.

El apartamento está genial, todo nuevo, limpio y muy cómodo. Cualquier cosa que necesites están pendientes y contestan rapidísimo.
Las zonas comunes están muy dejadas, pero no nos sorprendió despues de conocer varios sitios de la zona, es normal allí. Hay que subir muchas escaleras pero no fue un problema porque no llevabamos maleta. Si llevas maleta te tocará hacer fuerza.

Świetne, praktyczne mieszkanie, w starej części Katanii. Bardzo dobrze urządzone, bardzo czyste. Wszystko sprawne, dobrze wyposażone. Pomocny i wyrozumiały gospodarz.
Zaniedbana klatka schodowa, brzydka okolica i klimatyzacja która potrzebowała 4 godzin by chłodzić mieszkanie (ale było prawie 40 stopni na dworzu). Nie były to istotne utrudnienia.
