The accommodations were great! We loved the easy access to the beach and the pool and amenities!

Couple minor things: the secondary bedroom tv color is going out. The master bathroom drains in the tub and sinks drain very slow and back up at times and the faucet on the master tub has some problems shutting off. The second bathroom has no way to plug the drain for a bath. Our big issues arise on check out when the Hurricane came through. We completely understand that the path shifted unexpectedly and it hit our area worse than we all thought. However it is my understanding the building had generators that were not working properly therefore leaving us without power overnight into checkout on Saturday. I understand that is out of your control but communication with your guests about what is happening and what to expect and what is expected of them is crucial in these situations. We started attempting communication at 7:30 on Saturday morning with little to no response from 8:00 when they “opened” until we just finally decided we were getting no help and had to figure out how to get our luggage for 7 people for a week along with a handicap occupant who was utilizing a very heavy electric scooter for mobility down 18 stories to the car. We are still dealing with recovery from climbing 18 flights of stairs multiple times carrying very heavy items. If I had any advice please make sure your communication clearly with guests when there is an emergency situation such as a Hurricane.

It was exactly as pictured, very well maintained. Very few questions about anything!

Slightly confusing parking, the listing states it is free but you do pay $40 which is no big deal at all!

Loved that it was so family oriented !

Wasn't really anything I didn't like, maybe add a heater to the splash pad water if possible. It was freezing and we were sad we couldn't utilize it.

Elevator was awful
