Decent room with great location.
Decent but small room with great location.
Basic necessities such as towels and bedding were not included, and instead only provided at a very high additional cost (i.e. 10 euros for towels and 25 euros for bed linen). This was a hidden cost that was not mentioned when booking the room. The information page for this property needs to be updated to clearly indicate that basic necessities are only provided at an additional cost. The bare minimum was provided in terms of soap, toilet paper, etc. The host's communication also did not create a welcoming impression.

This apartment is very nice, although it’s a bit pricey for what you get. Nevertheless, I still recommend it.

Excellent location, good appliances, bad cleaning, very poor amenities
The property is located in an excellent area. We were two people, and the apartment was comfortable and well-suited for our stay. Additionally, it was fully equipped with all the necessary electrical appliances and basic kitchen utensils. Finally, communication with the office was excellent, and the representative who assisted us was particularly polite and helpful. As for the negative points mentioned below, I am not in a position to know whether the responsibility lies with the office management or the cleaning staff.
Unfortunately, we received the apartment with the toilet in an unacceptable state of cleanliness and were forced to clean it ourselves, which we consider unacceptable. In addition, the provision of basic supplies was extremely inadequate for an accommodation costing over €2,500 for six nights. In the kitchen, there was only one old, used dish sponge and a single dishwasher capsule for the entire stay, while both the dish soap and hand soap were empty. We were also left with half a roll of toilet paper. As a result, we had to purchase essential supplies ourselves from the beginning. We left these items in the apartment upon departure, hoping they would be useful for future guests. We believe that the absence of basic supplies—amounting to approximately €20 in value—is not consistent with the standard of service one would reasonably expect for a booking exceeding €2,500.

Schöne gemütliche Wohnung mit Geschmack eingerichtet
Die Lage direkt an den Pisten ist perfekt. Die Information über den Zugangscode zur Öffnung der Eingangstür des Hauses und der Öffnung einer Box, wo der Wohnungsschlüssel deponiert ist, war sehr gut. Das Bad ist neu und modern eingerichtet. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Balkon, wo man zu Mittag essen kann und dabei die wunderbare Skilandschaft genießen kann. Der große Fernseher ist fantastisch, super Bildqualität!
Wir mussten selbst aktiv sein, um das W-LAN Passwort zu erhalten und um zu wissen, wo Mülltonnen für das Haus sind. Diese Infos könnte man auch mit der E-Mail mit den Zugangscodes erhalten.
