Poor - wouldn’t recommend or stay here again

Rooms were tiny. Bunk beds weren’t described on the website. Beds were tiny. Directions to the room were terrible. No details about locker, Wi-Fi. Really, really poor communication.

Basic and old but descent sized and good location

The apartment was a descent size for a group of 4 guests and staying for 4 nights - any more guests or staying for longer and you'd struggle with space and comfort. Good location being next to the square from where the Grande Motte train and Bollin lift depart (1 min walk). Good location for all the bars and restaurants (5 min walk). Supermarket right outside the apartment to get your breakfast first thing in the morning, which is convenient.

The price of the apartment reflects what you get. The apartment is old, with classic old uncomfortable French ski resort furniture, bathroom is very outdated and has mold, the kitchen is tiny and not fit for making dinner (no dishwasher), only single beds and all are small (180cm x 60cm) - 1x bunkbed, 2x single bed, 1x sleeping sofa in living room. The two single beds are situated in the mezzanine (open space above the living room - balcony railing instead of walls separating the beds from the living room). The apartment overall hasn't had a thorough clean for a few winter seasons I'd say.

Perfect location, apartment disappointing

Location is perfect, couldn't have asked for better - this is exactly what you are paying for as the money to hire reflects how easy it is to access the ski area and supermarket.

Essentially student accommodation! I don't like leaving unfavourable reviews and so try to be fair. I can't stress how good the location is so if you are a group of 20-30 year olds with no kids who will using this as a place to get some sleep after enjoying the apres ski and nothing else then it is perfect. If you are a family then your money will be better spent elsewhere, with better facilities/cleanliness. Negatives: - Lack of basic kitchen utensils/equipment to prepare meals, no lids for pots/pans - In DESPERATE need of renovation, it really is tired and unappealing. - Not clean at all, hair in beds/mattress protectors, dust everywhere. It had been given a 5Euro clean not a 50 Euro clean you are charged for! - Mould all over the bathroom walls as there are no working extractor fans! - Concerns about electrical safety - burnt light shades, lights in bunkbed room crackling/not working correctly - Bulbs out in main hallway, obviously had not been checked recently - Electric heaters (2 of three worked). Essentially had two settings, hot as the sun or off! I must add though that the apartment was not cold so they did their job. Small children would def burn themselves on them! Beware! - The pictures make the apartment look much bigger than it actually is - Claims there is a bath - there is, but it is not usable as there is no plug!!! It is essentially a shower in bath!!! - The apartment blocks are now very old and the lift, communal area is showing considerable signs of age with cracked/sharp tiles. This could be a lovely little apartment, if some TLC was applied. It strikes me as one that has not been visited by the owner in a long time and has been left to a management team to look after it (who are not doing a very good job).

Court séjour en famille

Super emplacement aux pieds des pistes avec vue sur montagne. Toutes les commerces sont à 5 minutes à pied au coeur de Val Claret Le studio est bien équipé et le propriétaire très réactif Les serviettes de bain sont de très bonne qualité.

Bon séjour

L'emplacement, à 1/4h à pied du lac, et la vue sur les montagnes et les vaches 🤩 La literie de la mezzanine est confortable. Bien propre. Calme.

Pour 3, le coin repas était un peu serré. L'escalier pour aller à la mezzanine n'est pas très large, mais ça l'a fait👍🏼.

KATASTROPHE!!!

NICHTS! NIENTE! NADA! NOTHING! RIEN DU TOUT!!!!

Warnung!!! SCHIMMEL!!! In diesem Appartement gibt es schwarzen Schimmel, der bekanntermaßen gesundheitsschädlich ist! Die Betten wirkten benutzt, da neben Schamhaaren und Haaren auch Krümmel und ein Handykabel in ihnen zu finden waren. Die beschichteten Töpfe waren nicht nur schmutzig, sondern sehr stark abgenutzt und damit auch gesundheitsschädlich. Die gravierenden Mängel und Gesundheitsgefahren zwangen uns, eine andere Unterkunft für uns und unsere beiden Kinder zu suchen. Der Eigentümer war über den Schimmelbefall informiert, erklärte uns jedoch, das Geld zu benötigen. Wir hoffen, dass booking solche ekelhaften Buden aus dem Programm nimmt.

Séjour agréable mais points à améliorer

- propriétaire sympathique et réactif - draps, linge de toilette, torchons fournis - situation proche des commerces et des pistes

- La SDB (la aignoire surtout) a vraiment besoin d'être rénovée - A l'arrivée les étagères du placard (trop petit) dans la chambre du bas étaient démontées (il a fallu les remonter tant bien que mal car il manque des taquets) - Étagères dans la cuisine non fixées - Manque de patères pour accrocher les affaires - Pas de rangement dans la mezzanine où il y a 2 lits - poêle, faitout à changer - une cafetière électrique en plus de la cafetière Senseo serait la bienvenue - Rapport qualité / prix moyen - Configuration de l'appartement non adapté si plus de personnes, difficile de manger et circuler dans la salle à manger avec canapé et table occupant plus de la moitier de la surface.

digicode, pratique pas besoin de passer par l accueil ou la conciergerie

pas d'accès au casier à ski ,problème technique ce qui nous a bien manqué, car nous avions 4 paires de ski et bâtons
