The host and staff were amazing!! Met all our needs and made us feel at home. Rooms were comfortable and clean. The roof top view of the pyramids is just stunning! The location was fantastic, walking distance from the pyramids and had some restaurants and shops right next to the hotel.

The location is pretty good. Just next to the ticket office to Giza pyramids and we saw beautiful view of Sphinx and Pyramids from the roof top of the hotel.
Facilities and items in the room was not comfortable. There were no towels in the room except for the big "towel" covered the bed, I found there was a wifi but no password shown and there was a half eaten hamburger in the fridge which someone left I guess! There was not a designated reception and I couldn't ask so much support from the hotel.
