不愉快。絕對不推薦。

地點荒涼，附近要買什麼都不方便。房間不乾淨，所有的毛巾都有怪味，枕頭也有臭味，棉被也不乾淨，上面有殘餘毛髮。感覺很噁心。浴室也不乾淨，浴簾有明顯的臭味。整個屋子都讓你覺得他沒有認真的整理，卻還寫一個告示，威脅說如果把房間弄髒就要罰錢，如果垃圾忘記倒也要罰錢…簡直就是莫名其妙。

Tout est parfait dans cette location ! La propreté, la déco, l'accueil, la localisation, il ne manque rien ! On revient sûrement l année prochaine pour le festival moustache ! Franchement n'hésitez pas !

Istruzioni impeccabili per ingresso nel residence, numero su numero ho conquistato l’entrata! Grazioso mini appartamento fornito di tutto . Persino asse e ferro da stiro. Finalmente un materasso confortevole. 😊

Mi chiedo se c’è una metratura per cui una vasca si può chiamare piscina … insomma la piscina è proprio piccina

Lors de notre arrivée la boite à clé ne fonctionnait pas. Nous avons du appeler la personne qui nous a dit que si cela fonctionnait. Nous avons pu récupérer notre clé difficilement. La boîte à clé était en bon état lors de notre sortie le matin, la personne nous accuse de l'avoir cassé. Très mauvaise fois, de plus dit qu'un chien était présent dans la chambre alors que nous sommes arrivés seuls sans animaux, demande des frais de 90 euros de ménage et 55 euros de boite à clé. Inadmissible. Lors de notre arrivée le logement était assez propre mais une odeur de tabac était présente, désagréable. En tout cas je tiens à dire que la personne en gestion est désagréable, et a fait des menaces par sms si je ne payais pas, je suis très en colère de ce comportement et ne le conseille pas

Studio impeccable en périphérie d'Aix.

Petit studio très confortable, très bien équipé, très propre. Rien ne manque. Très bien conçu avec beaucoup de rangements. La salle de bain est spacieuse, avec une grande douche. Excellente literie. Propriétaire très réactif et prévenant. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Bus pour Aix pratique, nous avions toutes les indications.

Juste, pour ceux qui ont le sommeil léger, la fenêtre donne sur la route, qui est très passante. Mais quand elle est fermée, on n'entend rien, et il y a la clim. Vu le prix, on ne se plaint pas!

Überraschend gut ausgestattet!

Man versorgt sich selbst in dieser Einrichtung. Eine Bäckerei steht nebenan, gegenüber ist eine Brasserie. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt braucht, selbst ein Bügelbrett ist da! Hilfreiche Mitteilungen vor der Anreise haben das Erreichen der Einrichtung erleichtert. Kein Problem an die Schlüssel zu kommen.

Unser Zimmer lag mit Blick auf die Hauptstraße, sodaß der Verkehr am Morgen gestört hat.

Ca va pour une nuit

Le propriétaire répond très rapidement aux messages, en cas de perte de code du portail ou autre c’est très pratique. C’est un endroit facilement accessible, situé vers une boulangerie super sympa. Frigo fonctionnel.

Pas de couette disponible en cette saison, que le drap pour dormir donc on a eu un peu froid. Et sinon on n’a pas osé utiliser le lavabo de la salle de bains vu la casserole située dessous. Après l’évier cuisine était fonctionnel donc c’était pas dramatique mais bon. Pas de ventilation qui fonctionnait non plus dans la salle de bains.
