The location was great inside the old souk And the place was clean and well equipped The staff were very professional guiding me by whatsapp with all the information and very helpful

The elevator in the building was out of service for almost all my staying period which made it a vit difficult to reach from -2 underground parking to the flat on the second floor especially with the luggage Besides an unpleasant smell in the toilet And water leaking from the wc The shower was right on the toilet floor with didn’t prevent the water from wetting the whole bathroom And there is no water hose for those who care to wash after using the toilet seat

Exzellente Lage, im Prinzip auch alles in Ordnung, 5-Sterne-Luxus war nicht zu erwarten...

Die Unterkunft ist so gut wie überhaupt nicht zu finden. Es war ein Abenteuer (ohne arabischsprechende Freundin aussichtslos zu bestehen), sich per WhatsApp irgendwie durchnavigieren zu lassen, bis man schließlich bei einer Angestellten auskam, die aber auch nicht richtig Bescheid wusste... WLAN sehr wackelig, hängt aber z.T. mit den im Libanon recht häufigen Stromausfällen zusammen. Im Bad ist die Dusche nicht abgetrennt, der Abfluss unter dem Waschbecken, sodass nach dem Duschen das ganze Bad unter Wasser steht...
