It was in the middle of batroun walk in distance from everything
Check in time was 3pm but they sent us the access data at 4pm. And the when we asked to extend the check out time by 1 hour they did not acknowlege our request. Not to mention that they refunded the deposit amount after 15days and several follow up messages, when on the site it was mentioned the refund will be within 7 to 10 days not more.

Location close to everything. Clean and spacious
Living room AC turned on but didn't work on heating. Right side bedroom AC remote control was not found anywhere, and the other 2 remote controls didnot turn it on. Expected to have coffee capsules with the machine.

Location was great
Advertised with a safe. Had to message numerous times to get one and when did get it was dropped off with no instructions. Had to message back and forth to work it out. Movie channels had no sound and support staff just kept saying they forwarded to team. After numerous messages nothing happened so I gave up. Maybe the team that resolves issues need to step up. Also advertised balcony but didn’t get one
