Casa Ginesta - Flamenc (near the beach)

We were extremely impressed with this property! It is ideal for a family with children, offering plenty of space. Having a private garage, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary tableware made our stay super comfortable. We also loved the BBQ area, the covered terrace, and the air conditioning.

On the downside, we were very disappointed by the total absence of Wi-Fi along with extremely weak mobile network coverage—so if you plan to work remotely, it will be very challenging. Additionally, the house is close to a main road, so if you sleep with open windows, you can hear passing traffic, especially noisy motorcycles. As for the beach, it is only 300 meters away with shallow, child-friendly water, but the fine sand makes the sea quite murky, so if you are looking for crystal-blue water, this might not be the right spot.

La casa está impecable y es acogedora y cómoda

La casa no tiene ningún eslabón, podría haber ido en silla de ruedas. La Sra. Ginesta, muy amable, nos recibió, informó de la casa, nos dió un mapa de la población. La playa está a 100 metros, hay unos 20 escalones que superar y 100 metros más abajo otra playa sin obstáculos y un agradable chiringuito de madera. Por su ubicación, protegido por el del Delta del Ebro, no hay olas a menos que vengan muy del Sur. Aire acondicionado en el pasillo y dos de las tres habitaciones un ventilador de techo, silencioso y eficaz. La mesa en la terraza ideal para comer. La cocina tiene casi de todo. Barbacoa en el jardín funciona muy bien. Comedor amplio y agradable. Garaje para el coche. Lavadora, lavavajillas, todo lo necesario para unas buenas vacaciones.

Se oyen los coches de la carretera, pero no es un ruido insoportable ni mucho menos.
