Apartamento muy bonito, cómodo y bien equipado. El anfitrión a estado en contacto conmigo muy amable. También remarcar que está en una calle tranquila con zonas para aparcar y céntrico.

Hoewel de buitenzijde wat rommelig oogt, is het interieur spik en span in orde. Alle meubels, spullen en faciliteiten oogde vrij nieuw. Prima badkamer en keuken met basisvoorzieningen, moderne tv, leuke patio (waarop de bovenbuurvrouw zicht heeft) en uitstekend groot tweepersoonsbed. Het appartement is op de begane grond en op korte (loop)afstand van het centrum voor een hapje, drankje of ontbijtje.
De directe omgeving is een typisch Spaanse buitenwijk: rommelig, een braakliggend terreintje met veel hondenpoep als parkeergelegenheid tegenover het appartement, bomvol geparkeerde auto's (wij hadden nog net een plekje voor de deur) en een weinig uitnodigende voorgevel van het gebouw.
