Phan NaTa Residence

It was really an amazing experience. Our host was very helpfull and nice. I'd say we were quite demanding guests, staying for 2 weeks, working remotely, we asked for a fast and stable internet, kitchen and other facilities. Also the host provides a service of renting bicycles and scooters, which is far more convenient than using the one in the center. We fully recommend it. The entire apartment was clean, nice, very wisely made. Though it's not spacious, it has everything you need for living and working. We had 2 separated spaces and 2 working desk (one table we simply took from the balcony and it fitted perfectly in the bedroom XD) Also the bathroom is nice and has a big think and hot water (if smb needs it in such a hot weather XD). The bed is big and REALLY comfortable, we slept so well there. The surrounding is quite, cause the nearest street is not really busy. Location: it's local neighborhood, quite far from the city center (40min walking/10min tuk-tuk), but it was an advantage for us, cause we enjoyed local shops and caffes with local prices too XD. 10 minutes walk from the apartment you may find a local market, where we used to buy fruits and other food every second day. Also the cherry on top is having own "pets" on the patio: tiny pinky lizards and little frogs live on the wall there, which we find absolutely adorable. Thank you very much for such an experience. We would definitely come back here if visiting Cambodia again

Wonderful shaded spot with good air conditioning. Nice little kitchen to cook your own meals. Two burner stove, rice cooker, toaster. Kettle for coffee of tea. Full sized refrigerator and washing machine. A bit away from the action downtown, but quiet and peaceful. Easy $2 tuk til ride to Pub Street. Nice king bed for couples. 24 hour security. Very nice and helpful management. Little spot to eat meals outside in the shade. Walking distance to little grocery shops. Ideal place.

Hotter shower water temperature, but this is the same everywhere in Southeast Asia.

I loved everything about my stay here. easy access to ankor wat and other temples in the ankor region.very clean and tidy apartment.the garden area was very well maintained by a member of staff he was always busy watering the plants and feeding the fish in the pond and just keeping the place looking nice. local street food and plenty of shops 👍.I would definitely stay here again if I returned to cambodia.

I have nothing negative to say about this place ,it was perfect for me .other residents I spoke with had similar opinions as me,and were enjoying it just as much

It's a very nice one-bedroom apartment, well-equipped with a spacious kitchen with two gas stove burners and a washing machine. The water pressure is good and the shower has hot water if needed. Free 20L bottles of drinking water are provided free of charge to guests. Barang the host is extremely helpful and kind and will do his best to help you quickly if you have any issues. The security and cleaning staff are friendly. It's a bit of a distance from the main tourist area of Siem Reap, which has its own pros and cons of course depending on the type of person you are. You can easily take tuk-tuks for about $2 to the downtown river area, or get there on foot in about 40 minutes.

The surrounding area can be a little noisy at times, with some workshops, garages and businesses nearby. There is sometimes a bit of banging, drilling etc. Neighbourhood dogs tend to bark a little at night and there is occasionally some evening music around but it usually doesn't last past 10pm.
