+ very friendly owner family
+ Very spacious room
+ Very clean
+ local area, so you see how locals live (I felt every time safe, but in the dark you can't walk)
+ Great breakfast (coffee is instant, but meal was perfect for my taste)
It's not for people who don't want to take a Tuktuk or want live in a fancy area.
I think by daylight you could ride with a bike the way to the city.
I enjoyed the ride with the Tuktuk every time (2.5 USD to city center booked with an app).
