Famille vraiment très accueillante et sympathique, toujours disponible pour nous aider. La cuisine de la mère de famille est délicieuse et très généreuse, nous nous sommes régalés de spécialités cambodgiennes à chaque repas. La propriété inclut un beau jardin, agréable pour se reposer après plusieurs jours en ville. Proximité de temples accessibles à vélo (notamment le très joli Prasat Totung Thngai caché au milieu des bambous) et du village flottant de Kampong Phluk (accessible en Tuktuk).
La chaleur écrasante fin mars (36° et forte humidité l’après-midi) est difficilement supportable même avec les ventilateurs. Tout en gardant l’esprit familial de l’endroit, je pense que les propriétaires gagneraient à clarifier le prix de chaque repas par personne au début du séjour. Les repas sont vraiment abordables (et délicieux !) mais il y a eu un flou sur le montant jusqu’au moment de payer à notre départ

The most amazing family in Cambodia will open-heartedly lodge you and provide for you just like another family member. I had 5 wonderful days full of daily activities and conversations with the family and their friends which I will take with me forever. I am grateful to Sombo and Jak alongside their parents who made sure I was looked after and I cannot wait to return to Cambodia to visit them again and run that marathon (I’m looking at you Jak 👀😜)
