the place was in good order and clean, bed was comfortable although on the small size (double). Bathroom was clean and functional able. good hot water.

kitchen utensil IE Knife was dented(chipped) Limited pods. otherwise good condition. Toilet water did not stop and ran on. had to shut it down from wall tap.

Smart Suites check in process was difficult and time consuming and there Live Photo process frustrating. Also a $250 credit card deposit which needs to be transparent prior to booking.

Clean and comfortable. Very clear check in instructions. Helpful staff member when double booking occurred - fixed immediately.

Milk for tea and coffee would have been nice. Provided with earplugs for the trains and planes.

There wasn't anything that really stood out to me that was good.

The property advertises a working desk, however, it is just small basic table with no power point in the immediate location to plug a laptop into, unless your power cord crosses over the kitchen thoroughfare. When I arrived, all I wanted after a big day of travelling and attending sites was a shower, only to be told by the plumber that there was no water for 30min, which turned into 1hr and 30min. Upon check in and check out, there is sense that you are going to be liable for anything and everything, the process itself, long and tiresome.
