Welcome Acacia Ridge Cottage By Humble Abode our beautifully renovated 3-bedroom home! Enjoy cooking in the stunning new kitchen with granite tiles, and dining al fresco on the deck. The bedrooms feature plush mattresses, blackout curtains, and G-Home speakers. Lots of smart features, Netflix, and Spotify. With ducted AC and smart lighting throughout the house, you'll be comfortable in any season. Relax around the fire pit or play board games. Perfect for families and Work trips alike!
we're about 20 minutes away, this was our first family home, so feel free to reach out if you need anything. we know the area well.
Acacia Ridge is and up and coming suburb, there is lots of renovations and new builds happening, but were still quite close to the city only about a 20 minute drive. we've got the Ice skating rink is just around the corner, along with a squash court nearby.
You'll have access to the full house. we have a smart lock on the door so check in is a breeze. just open the fly screen and where the door lock usually is is a key pad.

Feel free to park in the drive way or on the road in front of the house.
however please don't drive on the grass, it gets soggy after a rain and we have had cars get bogged in the past.
being a suburban area neighbours on both sides have dogs at the moment. the fences are high so you probably won't see them but might hear them.
Important: As an API integrated professional host all reservations require selection of damage coverage via integrated third party provider Charge Automation. Payment is made through an external platform: either a $800 refundable deposit or a $49 non refundable waiver which covers you for up to $800 in accidental damage. Reservations may require the completion of guest verification. These steps are mandatory to finalize your booking

We booked here last minute for an unexpected trip. The host was easy to contact and very friendly. The house was beautiful, just as expected from the photos. The kids room with the books and toys was a great bonus, my kids loved the dressups. The fenced yard with the cubby house was the perfect addition for the kids to play outside too. There were plenty of options for eating just a short drive nearby. Was a lovely place to stay, and will definitely stay again if we need to come back to the area.
