The staff were excellent. Nothing was an issue and they rushed everytime to open the door for you whether leaving or coming. Great location - walking distance to all the major areas of the city.

Absolutely amazing stay, this property is exceptional...we have been travelling for last 1wx months and have to say, this is 5× Star luxury. An amazing location, quiet and yet a few minutes walk to all restaurants and bars/shops. The staff are extremely polite and helpful, we booked our trips through them too. Great pool and spa here. The apartment was spotlessly clean and like new!!! I would definitely recommend a stay here, the only negative we had to leave after a week.

Great location in Siem Reap lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance anywhere else around the city is only 1 dollar ride away. Staff couldn't be more helpful and everyone around very grateful for tourists supporting Cambodia. Rooms cleaned every day and a great pool for cooling off after a bit of sightseeing.
Only one room key between 2 of us. (Definitely not a deal breaker)

The 2bed 2bath apartment was perfect. Very clean. Bathrooms had fans too. The view of the pool had a nice sunrise. The location is good in a quiet area of the old town and close walk to old market and pub street without all the riffraff. Hotel staff is super lovely, always smiling and helpful. Washer and dryer is much needed in the Cambodian heat. Hotel arranged Angkor tuktuk driver that was the best driver.
