My wife and I have traveled for many years and have stayed in hotels all over the world. We have honestly never experienced hospitality like we did at Khmer Mansion Boutique Hotel. The rooms are beautiful and the property is wonderful, but what makes this place truly special is the people. From the moment we arrived until we checked out, every single member of the staff treated us with genuine kindness. They greeted us by name—"Bong Alex" and "Om Nettie"—and every smile, every conversation, and every act of service felt completely sincere. Nothing ever felt forced or rehearsed. What impressed us most was that this wasn't just one outstanding employee. It was everyone. The entire team serves with humility, warmth, and a genuine desire to make every guest feel welcome. That is incredibly rare. We've stayed in some very expensive, world-class hotels over the years, but we've never felt more cared for than we did here. Hospitality isn't something this team does—it's who they are. To everyone at Khmer Mansion Boutique Hotel: thank you. You didn't just give us a wonderful place to stay—you gave us an experience we'll remember for a very long time. We leave with grateful hearts, and if we're ever back in Siem Reap, this is where we'll stay. I almost forgot, it was Netties 70th so the staff surprised her with a birthday cake. They brought to her poolside singing happy birthday. I was just as surprised as she was.

Our hotel in Siem Reap was simply an incredible experience from beginning to end. We actually found it through ChatGPT, which recommended five different hotels. We chose this one because it offered great value for the price—but we received far more than we ever expected. From the moment we arrived, the entire staff was there to welcome us with genuine smiles and kindness. The level of hospitality was exceptional. Everywhere we went, someone would ask if there was anything they could help us with. Whether it was the reception staff, restaurant staff, or housekeeping, everyone made us feel truly welcome and well cared for. I have Type 2 diabetes, and the chef went above and beyond to make sure my meals were exactly right for me. One morning we had to leave at 5:00 a.m. to visit Angkor Wat, and they prepared a breakfast box for us without us having to worry about a thing. The hotel doesn’t have a buffet breakfast, but instead prepares everything fresh to order. That was a huge advantage for me. I could order exactly what I wanted—an omelet with tomatoes, onions, and bacon, served with avocado cooked in butter. Nothing was left to chance, and every meal was prepared with great care. After we finished eating, the staff would always come over and ask if we would like anything else. That level of service was truly remarkable. The hotel was spotless, beautifully maintained, and everything was simply perfect from A to Z. We slept incredibly well every night because the hotel is set slightly back from the main road, making it peaceful and quiet while still being in a perfect location. The location couldn’t have been better. It is very central, and everything you want to see, do, or experience in Siem Reap is just a short walk away. We also met two Australians staying at the hotel who told us this was their third year returning to the same place whenever they visited Siem Reap. That alone says a lot about the quality of this hotel. Siem Reap itself is a wonderful city—large enough to have everything you need, yet small enough to feel relaxed and easy to explore. The city center is fantastic, and this hotel is perfectly located to enjoy it all. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Siem Reap. The value for money is outstanding, the service is among the best we have ever experienced, and we would not hesitate to stay here again. Five stars from us! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The service at the Khmer Mansion is impeccable. We felt at home with the way each staff member met our needs. They seemed to always be one step ahead of us with a cold towel, water, or lemon tea by the pool. Great location near pub street, but still quiet, and a delicious breakfast. Incredible value at a lovely boutique hotel.

Hotel Need a renovation. Rooms and furnitures need an upgrade. Staff very kind but very pushy. They need to know , what good service or being to pushy and all over. Meaning let the guests breathe…I know you’re just doing it to be nice.
