- The parking situation could be better - concrete instead of rocks
- The 2nd shower in the laundry could have been better set up - water runs everywhere when you use it
- The front entrance could have a better set up, no need for the step & gate

Beautiful Home with water views, overall the facilities were great and Eric was lovely to deal with also.
The electric hot water system had been turned off at the main switchboard, therefore we could only shower with cold water upon arriving after a 12 hour drive. Our contact Eric, was very helpful and able to guide us through how to turn the water back on which did take some time to re-heat. Staggered shower times were necessary for the duration of our stay (4 days) so that everyone was able to have a warm shower, also the garbage bins were half full upon arrival therefore, there wasn't enough room left for all our garbage.
