Clean, spacious and bright. Large area with plenty of sun beds by swimming pool on site.

Enjoyed our stay at this property. Staff was very kind and helpful. Even though this was booked within a short notice(literally within one hour), Victor was able to assist us with an early check-in with accelerated cleaning services and provided all that we needed for maximum comfort. Will highly recommend their services for anyone looking to visit Tenerife. The place is central, close to everything, stores, Siam/Loro Parque, beaches, community swimming pools etc.

Nothing really😊

The flat is a gem, in the center of Playa de las Americas. It's a few hundred meters away from beautiful Playa Troya and an easy walk to all the bars, restaurants, and even Siam Park. Even though central, it's surprisingly quiet. The amenities are top notch and everything is newly refurbished, in great taste. The flat is modern and sparkling clean. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dish washer, cooker, microwave, toaster, juicer and all the necessary pots and utensils for cooking. The bedroom is cosy and the matress very comfy. I loved the decorations and the attention to details. In the livingroom there's a large sofa bed, so the flat could easily accommodate up to 4 people. The pristine bathroom comes with fresh towels, including really large ones for the beautiful swimming-pool (big plus), toiletries and a hairdryer. There is air conditioning for the really hot days on the island and that made my stay even more pleasant. To top it all, Victor, the host, did everything in his power to make my stay enjoyable, by being responsive and helpful at all times. Special thanks for the wine, water and snacks, they were just perfect after a long flight!

Everything was exceptional! Absolutely nothing to complain about.

Good location, comfortable bed, plenty of dishes and nice that there was good refrigerator, washing machine and ironing supplies as well as sharp kitchen knifes

The smell of the property was stuffy, the sofa had many stains on it, the frying pans were scratched and old, the forks were rusty. Also there was not enough detergent, trash bags and only really small amount of shower gel, no normal hooks for towels in the bathroom, not enough toilet paper. All these small details make the experience a little inconvenient.
