About this house rental
Villa Sur is a bungalow-style vacation rental (Tourism Registration No. VV-38-4-0091522) located in a quiet residential area of Playa de las Américas, a three-minute walk from the beach and the boardwalk. It features two bedrooms (both with traditional Canarian balconies), two bathrooms, a kitchen, a living-dining room, a terrace, and a subtropical garden—ideal for sunbathing in a private setting. It includes one parking space.
It has fiber-optic internet with Wi-Fi speeds of up to 300 Mbps, making it ideal for remote work.
The bungalow is a standalone property. It is not part of any complex, so there are no common areas, and check-in and check-out are completely private.
Before each stay, the property is cleaned with disinfectant, and the linens and towels are washed at a temperature above 60°C.
There is a wide selection of restaurants, bars, shops, and nightclubs in Playa de las Américas, but the property is located in a VERY quiet area.
The house is 15 minutes from the southern airport.

The villa was so clean and comfortable, close to absolutely everything you could need, shops, beach, restaurants and bars, the private garden is beautiful.We thoroughly enjoyed our time there

The villa was clean, comfortable and well equipped. We especially liked the garden where we could relax with flowers, birds and butterflies. Pequita was a lovely host.

We stayed here for a week in November The family supplied us with excellent information to get the keys. The location of the property is very central , good supermarkets, cafes, bars and the beach less than five minutes walk but yet is in a quiet area. The house has everything you need to be able to self cater if you want to. The property has a traditional feel. The sun is on the garden in the morning but the garden went into the shade in the afternoon (maybe because of it being November). There are 4 suns beds and loads of other garden furniture, also a barbecue. A couple of the upstairs electric sockets were loose which may be a problem with children.The house was plenty big enough for four adults, I am not sure that it would fit more people than that comfortably. We had a brilliant time here and do hope we get the opportunity to return. Thank you to Paquita and John, we hope to meet you again
