Beautiful loft in downtown Victoria

A very clean and comfortable modern apartment with a well-stocked kitchen.

Unfortunately the area where the apartment is is not very salubrious. We were not overly-affected, but we were careful when walking ner the apartment.

The apartment well set-up and larger than it looked in photos. It is close to downtown and near a lot of restaurants and cafés. Entry to the apartment was easy. Kitchen had everything that was needed. Wifi worked well. Bed was comfortable and there were plenty of towels and pillows.

Downtown Victoria can be sketchy at the best of times. This area (like many) has homeless people and drug users on the street. The apartment has an air conditioning unit (the kind that is on wheels and is designed to vent through a window) but it is not properly attached. (I'm assuming the property can fix this prior to other guests so hopefully it won't be an issue in future.) In addition to the regular bed, the apartment has a pull-out couch. However, the mattress on the pull-out is very old and uncomfortable. I would recommend that they replace it.

It’s a great little condo, good parking, reasonable price. Has everything you need and nothing you don’t.

The location. Kinda hard to find.

Well located a short walk from the old part of Victoria. Helpfuḻ host responded quickly to problems.

It is not a loft apartment as described on the platform when booked. It is a regular apartment with poor sun shading and it gets extremely hot on summer days. With more effort from provider could be much better.
