‣ BC Rental Regulations: Please note that effective May 1, 2024, the BC Government has set the minimum stay for rentals in British Columbia at 90 days. Once confirmed, your reservation is refundable (less a $175 administrative fee) up until 30 days before travel. Once you are within 30 days of travel, your reservation becomes 100% nonrefundable. If you are booking a multi-month stay, there will be no administrative fee for changes, and note that you will be required to give 30-day notice of your departure date in writing.
