ATTENTION! EXCELLENT APARTMENT IN THE HEART OF LIMA. Excellent apartment with one of the best views in the city. A 3-bedroom apartment with super comfortable beds. One of the bedrooms has a private and very comfortable bathroom. PANORAMIC VIEW from the entire living room and kitchen; you can see the whole city at night—the view is beautiful. Fully equipped kitchen. Very nice bathroom with an excellent shower. The reception staff is very friendly, and the place is very safe. There's a supermarket next to the apartment, and another one just a 5-minute walk away on the corner. The owner's service is excellent. The internet quality is the best. I'm a TikTok content creator, and I've been able to edit my videos and download them very well here.!! Highly recommended.!!!Highly recommended.!!!Highly recommended.!!!

Everything Perfect!

This apartment was just as advertised, and Laris was an excellent host. But first: WHAT A VIEW! The building is very new, so everything works. There was a large hot water tank, the bed was comfortable, the doormen were super friendly (no English spoken there, if that matters), all three elevators were quick, the kitchen had everything you need, and with the bedroom door closed, you could not hear a single sound from the outside, even on nights where there were parties in the streets with DJs playing until all hours of the morning. Laris (her English is fine) not only answered any questions I had – seemingly on demand – but had photos at the ready to further explain, including the price list for the laundromat across the street. Even with the supplied fan, it might get a little hot in the middle of summer, but I would certainly stay here again. One tip for visitors: if you’re not from Lima, you’ll probably be best served to download the Uber, or Cabify, or InDrive apps. Taxis here don’t have meters, and this takes the uncertainty out of price and also having to worry about the driver getting lost. You can either tie them to your credit cards, or pay cash.

Like every apartment in Lima, I wish there were more outlets available. That's not on the owner; just how the building is designed.
