Hermoso departamento con piscina, gimnasio, sala parrillas

Me gustó que tuviera aire acondicionado que tuviera YouTube y todo en buen estado, el único pero fue la piscina del edificio que pensamos que estaba disponible.. el resto perfecto !

La ubicación, muy cerca a todo incluso hay un Vega donde se puede hacer compras El departamento excelente todo limpio cómodo acogedor lo único que no tenía TV cable para poder ver mis noticias por la mañana, pero de allí todo me gustó todo del departamento volveré muy pronto gracias por todo Atte Luis

The apartment is Brand New and clean with all the necessary amenities one can ask for. It is well located in the district of Lince, in a safe area and with plenty of nightlife and restaurants around. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking with any and all the necessary appliances and utensils and pots and pans. Plus a laundry room which was a huge bonus. They even have a drying rack for you to use. Everything is well thought out with the guests' comfort in mind. The AC units were free standing units that vent out through the windows. I was here in late January and I only used the AC half the time as it isn't too hot in Lima. But I did choose this feature as a deciding factor.I would recommend for light sleepers to brign earplugs as the unit in the bedroom is a little loud, but the benefit is that it will drown out all outside noise. The bed was very comfy as well as the couch and the TV worked, you just need to input your own subscriptions. The apartment was bright and clean and I really felt comfortable there. The biggest bonus was the host. His name is Ernesto and he is just so attentive. Available at all hours within reason via WhatsApp. There was a small issue that was taken care of immediatedly, so he is extremely responsinve and has a team of people to make sure the apartment is cleaned properly and any that needs fixing is fixed right away. Ernesto is an absolute professional that does this for a living, not some flyby-night operation. I even asked for a super late checkout since my flight out was late at night and he allowed it without incurring any extra charges since there we no incoming guests that day. I was very happy with my choice of apartment and would stay again when coming to Lince district in Lima.
