Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Od A4 kilka minut. Do centrum tramwajem około 20 minut. Miejsc parkingowych całkiem sporo i co ważne, nie trzeba płacić. W okolicy kilka sklepów. Samo mieszkanie bardzo ładne i czyste. Miejsca dużo, wygodne łóżko. W kuchni i łazience wszystko co jest potrzebne.
