Apartament Orawska

Very cosy place. Small but has everything you need for a short stay. Big plus is the possibility to leave the car in an underground garage - the parking around the central part of Krakow generally is paid.

Because we were there during the heatwave the temperature did climb to quite intolerable levels so AC definitely would help a lot (or possibly some fans might also help). The first time getting into the house was somewhat puzzling, so perhaps it would help someone to know that the first code that is sent is used for the gate (that leads to the inner yard) - don't start looking for the entrance to the building. The same code also opens the outside door to the building too. The garage is a maze also, try to find a way to upper level after entry. And the same code that gets you out of the garage will also let you into the door where you get to enter the garage later. But we figured it out so I guess that is okay.

The room is very comfortable. It’s perfect for one or two people. It’s located in a quiet area with minimal traffic noise. It’s relatively close to the city center. You can easily get there on foot or by public transport. It’s convenient both to walk and to go to the center by transport. They responded quickly to any additional questions. The room has all the necessary amenities: a washing machine, dishes, and so on. I’ve stayed in apartments in many different countries, and this is definitely one of the best.

Potrzebowałam sklepu spożywczego i był.

bardzo miły gospodarz, łatwy kontakt. Prosiłam o udogodnienie dla osoby niepełnosprawnej w postaci stopnia. I bez problemu znalazł się stopień. Gospodarz specjalnie go kupił. Co więcej: tak masywny, konkretny i bezpieczny, że aż sama kupiłam takie dwa do domu. Tyle lat podróżuje i pierwszy raz ktoś zadbał o potrzebę, która sprawiła, że osoba niepełnosprawna mogła być niemal w 90% samodzielna na wyjeździe.

jedyny minus to bardzo wysoko sejf na kluczyk przy drzwiach wejściowych - niska osoba (tak jak w naszym przypadku) nie jest w stanie samodzielnie klucza do apartamentu. Standard montowania sejfów nie bierze pod uwagę, że nie każdy dosięgnie. To drobiazg, którego nikt nie bierze pod uwagę.
