Very convenient location for an early flight from the airport, rooms were comfortable and clean, Netflix available, good shower.
It was quite a confusing and lengthy process to check in and it was unclear whether any food was available, how to pay or whether we could organise an airport shuttle (there wasn’t good but restaurants open nearby so all okay). The power went out for a bit but came back on again after about 15 mins.

Stay in Hotel the hidden door was amazing, the hospitality of the entire team is outstanding. Had been provided with various services and surprises which was very unexpected.

The staff was very helpful! The hallways were clean, and the breakfast was good for the price :) The location was convenient, and the rooftop balcony had a great view of the city!!
We had 2 flights cancelled on us and needed a place to stay for the night. They did not accept international cards and we didn't have enough cash to pay, but we could still stay, and in the morning I got a scooter ride to an ATM to fix the payment :) They let us take our time to plan our next move, and were in general very friendly.
The bedsheets had blood-like stains on them, which was not very nice. There was considerable sound from outside during the night, and the shower was nothing more than a trickle.
