Austere hotel near the airport.

Near the airport. Clean. Staff friendly and helpful (mostly).

It was somewhat austere. No heating in any of the rooms. When my wife asked the staff if she could have a heater, their first reaction was to demand 10000 INR (which is more than the cost of the room!). Clearly her outrage came across because a few minutes later they brought one up free of charge. The other thing they tried was to fob us off with a regular room although we had booked a family suite. We didn't really need a family suite, but we insisted on having one having paid the money. Just as well we did as there was hardly any toilet paper in the main room, and two sets of duvets turned out to be handy given how cold it was.

This property far exceeded our expectations. Special mention to Vishnu who went out of his way to ensure we had a stress free stay. The included breakfast was most tasty. Very close to the airport which was great for our early flight. Very close to World Trade Park Mall for dining or last minute purchases. Thank you.

Worth for the money paid and not very expensive

The spacious room and beds, sofa and chair

No daily cleaning of room. Breakfast was same everyday and no change for all six days .

Would not recommend. Stayed one night near the airport and it wasn't a good experience.

On the good side the room is big and mostly clean. Though there was old soup residue near the sink. All in all I wanted a nice stay for a night between flights near the airport and for 40usd it was not a good value for money.

- I asked if they accept credit cards and they said yes. But in the morning they were surprised I tried to pay with a card. When it didn't work for what looks like they don't accept foreign cards they claimed that it's a problem with the card machine. Taking us to the airport where there should be an ATM we discovered that there is none. AT this point I offered to pay in USD which he was reluctant to do and wanted to go to another ATM. As we had a flight I refused and at this point he accepted but tried to get more as 20 dollar bills are less valued or something.. and that after asking 300rp for a 4 min drive! - We didn't shower after a long flight because there was no hot water. We were told that we need to flick a switch (no labels) and wait. It was after 11pm so waiting 30min for a shower was out of the question. - The wifi didn't work either and we had to call the reception to even ask for the password.

The room was very neat and clean, location was also very good because wtp gt and airport all places are within 2 km from the place and the best part is food quality was very good
