Basic but with some minor changes could be upgraded to very good.

The location was ideal for the purpose of our visit. The flat had been recently updated and everything was new.

The approach to the property was hard to find and the parking was ok, but anymore than two vehicles would of been problematic. The concrete was uneven with puddles and mud, this then created the issue to be transferred into the entrance and stairs leading to the flat. This then gave the "first impressions last" syndrome, we were worried as the outside door to the stairwell was always on the latch and if locked we had no key or lockbox code additionally this meant the stairwell was accessible to non residents. The WIFI Bandwidth was inadequate to use phones and Smart TV which did not have an aerial connection. There was no drying cloth in the kitchen, only one bath and hand towel that were of low quality bear in mind our booking was for two adults. Only two rather flat pillows were available in the bedroom. The property with its location and with the comments above incorporated would definitely be rated as very good.

Really enjoyed the appartment, would stay again :)

Really nice and spacious, and decorated to a high standard. Kitchen is well equipped, although a dust pan and brush, tea towels and cloths would be helpful for longer stays:). Excellent location to town but still quiet.

Minor things, few extra bits for the kitchen like tea towels and a dust pan brush. Possibly the pillows could be of a higher standard, bit flat/hollow. I did find that there may be a delay in contacting the owners for access details, but they ask for proof of ID prior to giving the info. Also the TV is a Fire TV, so if you don't have an account with Netflix etc you won't have anything to watch!

If want to park at the property, avoid!

Did not get to stay there so can not say!

I booked this apartment for my elderly parents & myself to stay in whilst they moved home. The day before our stay we went to the property to find exactly where it was. This was very difficult as it is not sign posted at all. Sat Nav got us close. The gates you are supposed to go through to park were completely blocked by retail staff cars (it’s behind the high st). On the day of our stay the parking situation was the same. My mum has limited mobility so the only option we had was to drop her off with our luggage and pay to park further down the road, risk parking near the gates getting a ticket or by some miracle park inside the gates & get blocked in!. I contacted DH Apartments/Booking.com the day before our stay explaining my concern. I contacted them on the day itself numerous times by message & telephone. No reply. We had no choice but to book a different hotel nearby instead. No contact was ever received from DH Apartments except the norm generated stuff. Lost money & time at an already stressful time. I get our situation was maybe not the norm but do not advise ‘Free Parking’ when you can not guarantee free access to come & go etc.

Comfortable enough flat if you want more than a Premier Inn.

Very clean and well presented flat, modern and comfortable. I was in St Neots for work and it had good wi fi, easy to self cater, using the kitchen. Could park my car in a free parking place round the back of Boots - a little confusing initially, but the car was safe and only a minute's walk from the flat.

The only thing I think people need to be aware of is that the flat is a ground floor flat, and the windows and door open directly onto the high street pavement, so it can be a bit noisy with traffic and revellers. There are venetian blinds so it's private, but I was there in a heatwave, and I really wanted to have the windows open, but couldn't when I went to bed.

Not as expected from Booking.Com and I would like a refund

The location of our apartment was on the ground floor with a public footpath with constant foot traffic so we did not open the windows. Four bags of rubbish at the front door with the front door unlocked did not welcome you to the property. Parking instructions were not clear

The floor throughout was filthy. The oven was filthy. The bed linen did not look clean and a part open can of lemonade was at the side of the bed. There was only one towel for three of us. There was no bin-bag liner in the main bin. I had to wash all the dishes before use as the were dirty. Its a fairly new apartment and with proper maintenance and cleanliness could be ok but was not the case in our visit

Great spot, decent apartment – but key amenities were missing!

Central location Brand new apartment

Couldn't reach the people in charge. The sofa bed had no bedding. There were no towels or toilet paper. I contacted the hosts and left messages, but got no response. By chance, I met another guest who gave me a WhatsApp number. They did answer there. But I still had to wait a full day for towels, sofa bed bedding, and some toilet paper!

Good location if you want to be central St Neots but disappointing facilities

Modern apartment and easy access / instructions on arrival. Free parking is a bonus but it didn't feel like the safest area to leave a vehicle. Location to the high street was good.

The WiFi didn't work. No towels were provided. The bedding has bloody stains. The oven didn't work. Overall we were disappointed by our stay here. The apartment is also overlooking an alleyway that is very noisy at night. Not really suitable for 4 people, the sofa bed was small.

Absolutely disgusting

Nothing, this accommodation provider not to be trusted. DO NOT BOOK. Booked for 2 nights advising we would not arrive until 10.30pm. Arrived and accessed the apartment to find no towels, no bedding and apartment filthy. Called the emergency no to be told nothing could be done that night, we had to find alternative accommodation. They emailed to confirm they would refund our money but 1 month later still no refund, no replies to my emails and phones no longer being answered.

No towels, no bedding and filthy. Host will not respond to emails, phone calls and has not refunded our money despite an email from them confirming they would.

Nice apt, but poorly equipped, dirty cutlery/ crockery and sheets. Poor response to fixing issues.

Smart apartment and on the surface all very nice.... BUT

Booked for 4 people, but only one large towel and only 3 coffee cups and 2 spoons provided. Cutlery and crockery were dirty and unfit for use before washing. For the sofa bed the sheet had NOT BEEN CLEANED and was pretty grim. There were no hangers in the wardrobe. When I contacted the owner first thing in the morning, whilst they assured me it would all be sorted quickly and house-keeping would call shortly, they still hadn't turned up by at least 11am when we left for the day. On our return, just 1 large towel had been provided, (along with two further hand towels which we didn't need) and two tea-spoons when we requested spoons. Since staying on 11th July, I have been trying to seek redress from the operators but the “Customer Service / Refunds” Manager has failed to contact me after 2 weeks and much chasing. Whilst not the fault of the operators, also be aware that the local youths sit in the small garden area just below the room, so if it’s hot and you have the window open you won’t get to sleep until they have gone home. In our case this was 0130 on Friday night, and 0230 on Saturday night !

Not a good experience as stated above. Left one day early because we were so disgusted.

Bowls and cutlery were dirty. Windows did not shut, which let to lots of flies sitting on the ceiling. Window in bedroom could not open. Only 1 bath towel for 2 people. No toilet rolls at all. Sofa was dirty. Cushion and towel was dirty. Requested toilet rolls at and towel, but was not provided. We left one day early as we were disgusted.

The property advertised that there would be towels. There were no towels. I messaged the number supplied to enquire - no response. I was messaged the day before check out about a late check out “reply to this number “Late check out” and we will do the arrangements”. I replied to the message but there was no response or arrangements made.

Disappointing, would never go back

The location was fantastic and the apartment was nice and warm

Many missing items from the property I got off a 24 hr flight from Australia, arrived at the apartment to no towels. It was 8pm and nowhere was open to purchase some so I had to go to Tesco the next day to buy some. I was told they would provide a cot for my 9m old baby and on arrival there was no cot. I communicated with the team to ask where the cot is and they said sorry they do not have any. I have photo evidence of them confirming they will provide a cot complimentary. I would never of booked this property if they had not promised a cot. I stayed for 9 days and had no clothes drying rack. The internet didn’t work but they did get that fixed quite quickly, they also dropped off a frying pan that was missing. The ‘double bed’ is two single mattress pushed together which made it very dangerous for my baby to sleep with us. I had to go out and purchase a travel cot. The pillows are awful so would advise people to take their own When messaging staff, they were terrible at getting back to me, even though they tell you ‘if you message we will get back to you in moments’ when asking for a partial refund I had someone message me telling me they would investigate and get back to me and I still haven’t heard anything. Very disappointing as the small details make the trip. I would like someone to contact me regarding these issues

Broken access system precluded entry the building, and I had to find alternative accommodation.

The location was suitable for my requirements

On arrival for my 5 night stay, the building door was wide open. I noticed the external code box was damaged and the front cover lying open to the elements. I managed to enter the apartment itself using the code box next to the apartment door to retrieve the physical key. Once inside the following shortcomings were noted: No Towels were provided WiFi would not connect No globe in the bedside lamp Old bedding dumped in the wardrobe, which in itself was very smelly. I could not contact the provider from the apartment on WhatsApp due to no WiFi, and phone calls went straight to message bank. I decided to go and purchase some towels, and found the the front door to the building was now shut, and I realised that if I went out, I would be unable to gain entry to the building on return due to the broken external code box. This was now an intolerable situation. I could not contact the provider, and had no way of re-entry to the building if I went outside. I had no alternative but to seek alternative accommodation, so I departed the apartment and the building. Over the next two days I tried numerous times to contact the provider, both by the number provided, and by WhatsApp, by got absolutely no response. On the third day, I again tried to access the building to no effect, so I went next door to the Post Office (Morisson's) where with the help of shop personnel, (who on investigation with me, agreed that access to the building was not possible), I was able to leave the apartment key with the Post Office personnel along with an explanatory note. I notified the provider of this action by WhatsApp, (using another WiFi source), which was acknowledged and logged. A request for a mobile call to further discuss the situation was ignored. Overall, appalling customer service and facility management. I request a full refund.

Easy access, Good communication prior to Stay.

Weekend away.

Was a lovely sized apartment.

When we arrived we were unable to enter the apartment we were assigned because someone else had booked it for an extra night. When trying to contact the staff when I rang the number the phone was put down and a message was then recived saying please message your enquiry. I told them what had happened so someone phoned me back apologise and said they were unaware they then. Put us in a different room. Which was fine these things happen. When entering the apartment we noticed we had no towels and one of the beds had no sheets and no pillow case. I messaged them again to let them know they told me they would get them to me very shortly and apologise. On the first night they never arrived so again on our second day we messaged and explained we had not recived anything. They said it was at the top of their list and they were sorry they would be in our room ready for us when we got back from our day out. Unfortunately they never arrived when we got back at 6pm. I messaged them again to no response I waited until 9pm when I made the decision to leave then a night early to what we had planed. Being unable to shower and sleeping on a bed with no sheets this was uncomfortable. I sent them one last message to explain we were very disappointed and we had been very understanding on this situation but yet no physical action was taking. I also followed on to say I wanted to discuss compensation and I am yet to get anything back all of my message have been ignored. The only follow up message I had was asking if I would like late check out. I hope someone on there team sees this and reaches out soon.

Great apartments

Very clean facilities very good when I rang to ask questions. The reply was very fast. Dh apartments make you feel like you are important and make sure your needs are catered for. The TV In our apartment was not working and they arranged for someone to fix it. We would certainly use them again. It made our weekend to celebrate my birthday extra special.

The mattress was extremely uncomfortable and duvet not big enough to cover it .

Nice clean apartment, However Booking.com were practically useless, difficult to contact

Apartment was spotless and well facilitated.

However, there was a strong smell of paint. The bed was so hard that I had to use the spare duvet to sleep on. The Free WiFi did not work even when apparently updated by the management company via my telephone complaint, neither did the TV work. I took photographs of the screen and expressed my disappointment as I had paid for this as part of the contract,for the apartment and it was supposed to be included, the issue was not resolved even though I contacted customer service and the management company. Booking.com were really difficult to get hold of and did not answer the phone even though I called several times. They relied on What's app and texts which I never received until it was too late. I only managed to get access to the apartment because of another client already there who contacted the management company who have me the access codes to get into the apartment. Instruction manuals would have been helpful for the large alliances, it cannot be assumed that everyone knows how a strange appliance works. T Towels would have been nice.

Convenient and comfortable, just what was needed.

Kitchen not well furnished, no dishwasher, no cutting knives, not enough cutlery, no comfy chairs. Parking nearly impossible due to restricted location. However, superb location in town, quiet inside, would book it again. PLEASE note there was a shortage of kitchen ware, no carving knives nor large forks, no cutting board, cutlery was minimal and in disorganised drawer along with plastic from installed equipment left over. there was only ONE baking dish, which I had to clean before use. No spare rubbish bags, nor instructions on how to use the waste, no salt or pepper in containers, no ingredients of any description, which is most unusual in our experience. The tv was not user friendly for international travellers without bbc license....etc., Bathroom, lacked safety mats...and only 3 towels for 2 people.....mirror in inconvenient position, we are tall but could not use. BEDROOM, second beside table needed, and two reading lamps needed.

The Bank apartment was an ideal place to stay in St Neots.

There was no breakfast provision, which we knew about and luckily we had taken some coffee, sugar and milk. The apartment was spacious, well decorated and airy. Bathroom very clean, with towels provided. Plenty of storage anf and lovely open lounge/kitchen diner. Well placed for our family who live nearby.

Struggled to find initially, directions a little confusing, as property name was 'The Bank' (not old bank) and entry number was correct but no # symbol, needed to use arrow instead. Pillows very lumpy and unable to find wifi code? Perhaps a brief fact sheet available might be useful?
