Très bel appartement décoré et équipé avec beaucoup de goût.Excellente literie, produits de base laissés à disposition. Gentille attention du propriétaire. Excellente situation à deux pas du métro. Parking conseillé à condition de ne pas avoir un suv.
Manque de lumière car rez de chaussée exposé sur l'extérieur de l'immeuble nécessitant la présence de rideaux d'occultation devant les baies vitrées.
