Todo muy bien. El apartamento muy bien: agradable, cómodo y limpio. Con todo lo necesario y muy accesible. Suficientemente cerca del centro para llegar paseando o a cuatro paradas del autobús. La parada del autobús está al lado del apartamento y el barrio es tranquilo y se puede aparcar. El propietario es muy amable y en todo momento nos facilitó la visita. Muy recomendable. Granada es maravillosa, volveremos.

Buena relacion calidad-precio.
Apartamento situado en un edificio muy antiguo y en una zona/barrio obrero sin aparcamiento aunque a unos metros habia un parking privado económico. Se escuchaban todos los ruidos del edificio y ya temprano se escuchaban martillazos de algun vecino haciendo obras.

La ubicación es una zona tranquila, cerca del centro
El apartamento es un poco viejo, las paredes estaban con humedades, el baño muy viejo y con olores a desagüe, el aire acondicionado hacia mucho ruido y uno goteaba y era molesto el ruido al dormir
