Modern and clean flat. Excellent location.
Accessible to all since it near to tram station, IGA and Aldi, a lot of restaurants in the area, walking distance to St. Francis Church, and shopping area.

Bought our own breakfast.
For what we had to do it was a great location.

Small couch.

Location and comfortable beds
The house wasn’t cleaned properly. The couch had stains all over it. Bathroom #2 seat was all yellow. It still had stains from last person who used mouth wash. There was Leakage from bathroom #1. Bathroom floors were still dirty as leakage turned into yellow liquid.
There were marks all over the wall as well
