Clean tidy and has everything we need plus more! Very happy to have access to washing machine although we didn’t use it.

There is a supermarket and bus stops within walking distance. Purchasing food is convenient.
Good kitchen ware and appliances, equipped with a washing machine and dryer (though we didn't need to use them).
Generally quiet, not noisy.
1. Sent several messages to the manager through booking.com app prior to our arrival and during our stay. Never got any responses to any of my inquiries. Not a single word!!! Not very good service. Will not choose to stay here again in the future.
2. The trash bin smelled badly after 1 day, but we didn't know where to dispose of it. Inquired the manager about it but didn't get any reply.
3. Location is a bit far from the city center, about 30 minutes by bus to Wellington Station.
