Disappointing but issues can be fixed.

Apart from the issues listed below the appartment is fine. Good bedding (often an issue) and well heated.

I received many emails from the local agent (or Boooking.com)- some requesting payment - even though I had paid the full amount requested including deposit. Instructions to access property were misleading. The appartment number is not on the door. The keys in the key safe were in fact key cards and had Appt 20G written on it. It took us over 45 mins to access in the dark thanks to v helpful resident. An email from the local agent (?Onestephost) was unhelpful. The kitchen lacked some basic implements - corkscrew, tin opener, sieve/collander. The sink had no plug. During our stay the dishwasher broke down mid-wash. Dishwashing had to be done by hand in the bathroom as the kitchen sink had no hot water. The curtains were is poor state of repair and came off their flimsy rails all the time.

Das Appartement an sich ist wunderschön, alles relativ neu und sehr gepflegt. Auch die Ausstattung in der Küche ist wirklich top. Betten sind äußerst bequem.

Die Lage der Unterkunft war deutlich weiter entfernt von den Liftanlagen als angegeben. Statt 250m waren es 1,4km...Somit mussten wir immer einen total überfüllten Bus nehmen der zu unregelmäßigen Zeiten fährt....oft haben wir mehr als 30min warten müssen. Die Tabs für die Kaffeemaschine Cremesso bekommt man nur beim kaufhaus spar...und nicht beim Mpreis der gleich in der nähe ist. Am besten schon vorab besorgen.
