Lovely building, great pool, peaceful location

Sulphur smell coming from the bathroom, explained as farming odours. Kitchen too small for large group, limited prep space could be easily rectified.

Großräumiges Haus mit entsprechenden Grundstück,gut für eine große Familie.Es war alles vorhanden,wie in der Ausschreibung beschrieben.

Oft auftretender stark riechender Abwassergeruch.Bäder sind leicht sanierungsbedürftig.

Large area and nice garden around the house, very big pool that was also deep and great terrace with large table that could accommodate our large group.

Not sufficient amount of bathrooms - only one on +1 level serving 4 double rooms. Very small kitchen not relevant for needs of group of 12, not big enough refrigerator and no air-conditioning in the kitchen and living room. While booking for 2 weeks I asked if there is mid-stay cleaning and it was confirmed but that cleaning in reality was a joke - cleaning team came few hours late and did not enter most of the rooms claiming that people were sleeping there - when challenged changed their version and stated that doors were not open so they did not want to breach privacy. So no sheets were changed and most of the room were not cleaned at all. The cleaning team did not throw the garbage and when I complained I was told that trash is my responsibility and cleaning team is not a trash team. In addition there was plenty of wasps in the vicinity of the pool so we had to ask for pool cleaning very often - pool cleaning team was leaving garbage around the pool (such as empty jars of salt or chemicals containers) as if we were supposed to be the trash team. On top of that while complaining about cleaning service the property manager was unhelpful and did not accommodate any of our issues. At the end price that we had to pay for electricity was communicated in a wrong amount and final reconciliation with the deposit came €20 higher than we were told upon check out.
