Rockridge #41

We have stayed in unit 41 many times in the past, and have always enjoyed the additional light coming in from the side windows. We have always enjoyed the very peaceful location and the view of the ski slopes. The staff was very responsive to our needs (replacing a toaster and smoke sensor).

1. We did not receive the entry code the day we arrived, because we left a day before our check-in date (9/12/2026). Upon returning home, we found an email with the code and other information dated the same day as our check-in date. 2. There were no written house hold instructions (e.g. what to do with the towels and linens upon departure) available that we could find, other than the trash disposal instructions and the code for the door into the trash room. 3. There were no instructions on how to use the TV which would have been very useful. F.Y.I. We don't have a smart phone and don't text.
